That’s why we got involved in Ananta Udaipur project. We almost sold multiple units in Ananta Udaipur project in Jaipur and Dubai. All our investors were very happy with the return along with the holiday vouchers. Ananta is coming with good projects at Ajabgarh and Jaisalmer.

This is Sarthak Verma from Jaipur, Rajasthan. So I have been a part of Ananta Spa & Resorts for from past ten years. So it’s been a decade. So when I was a kid, I used to go there. And since then I have been I have been going there. So especially a special place to me is like Ananta Pushkar and Udaipur. It’s like a second home to me. Person can go there and relax. And even if we talk about other Ananta resorts, those are completely out of the words. So Like, anyone can go relax there, take their mind off, take their busy time off from regular schedule and go there. And if we talk about current Ananta project, which is Ajabgarh, it’s like you can connect to the world. There are so many different elements from which they have they are building up the plan and due to which it’s completely amazing and connecting to the world. It’s like you can relax and enjoy the vibes of the forest, of the elements they are talking about and different kinds of rooms to stay in that.

I am Kailash Sankhala from Udaipur one of the villa owner of Ananta Udaipur. We have been associated with them for long time I think from inception of Ananta Udaipur .Every year they do give us 15 nights stay in any of the Ananta hotels.  All over just a phone call to the people in the reservation, especially for the villa owners. People are very kind enough to assist and give us the rooms as and when it is available. 

The revenue we are getting right now is very decent and we feel it is a very good investment.

Ananta, according to me, is one of the best Indian hospitality brands at par with any other brand. And the vision which Mukund Goyal Sahib had, Sanjayji took it forward. And I’m glad that Mohit and Ashutosh are also in the same league. They are also trying to do a wonderful work.

Whenever you visit any of the Ananta resorts, it’s a treat every time. We don’t realize, a lot of hard work has gone behind it. The kind of trees they have planted, they have done a lot of good to environment and surroundings. The kind of employment generation they are doing, the amount of greenery they have created, it is such a fantastic thing. Every time you land up at any of their resorts it is really fantastic. 

And the upkeep is also good. They are trying to upgrade the facilities every three, four years. And coming up with more resorts and more hotels makes a total package for these kind of areas. And as an investor, I really feel good being associated with them. All the best to them.

I would like to share my experience with Ananta. I am from Jaipur and when I was doing real estate I overtook Ananta Project because I personally know the owners and their performance. We had very good experience of Ananta Pushkar. So this is the reason we got into Ananta Udaipur and successfully launched in Dubai. We sold many villas in one go. Eventually multiple Villas were sold in Dubai. The owners are giving their best. Villa investors are getting good percentage of regular income. We enjoy many luxurious benefits given to us.
